Mr. Sela spent many years researching and experimenting ways to improve agricultural production. He honed his skills on commercial farming around the world. During his 20 years journey, Mr. Sela worked with thousands of growers and agronomists globally.

Currently, he is the owner and founder of Cropaia and yieldsApp, both agtech ventures. They strive towards developing innovative agriculture solutions and disseminate know-how.
